How Our Bike Delivery Works

Urban Pedal Rentals isn’t your traditional bike store. Our concept is simple, we deliver the E-Bikes to your door and pick them up when you are done, it’s that easy. By booking our bikes and having them delivered to you makes for a great day adventure, date night, birthday surprise, group activities and more. 

 

All bookings will be confirmed by our staff after the reservation is booked. If a reservation is to be cancelled a full refund will be issued.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

Payment

Upon checkout you will be charged a partial amount for the reservation and the remaining amount will be charged after you receive your booking confirmation. A $750 credit card hold is required per bike, to cover any damages. This will be collected at the time of drop-off and refunded back to your credit card at pick-up.

Urban Pedal Rentals accepts any of the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit.

 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the reservation. All cancellations before 48 hours will receive a refund of the full deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will receive a refund for 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be refunded any amount.

Arrival
