All cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the booking reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking reservation will receive a refund for 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking reservation will not be refunded any amount.
We will meet you at the drop-off location specified in your reservation. Alternatively, you can choose to meet us at our designated pickup location.
